Subject: Pascual Elected President by FALTS Council

CFO and Co-Founder David Pascual was officially elected to the Office of President by way of secret ballot. The vote took place at the monthly FALTS meeting on April 28, 2002. Although some members were absent, most notably co-founder Brett Schmitz, quorum was reached as outlined in official FALTS code, Section 13-2. Minutes of the meeting can be obtained from Henry Travis. An official copy of the minutes and voting results are stored in the FALTS library at the Post Forest Complex.
